Can I place bulk or wholesale orders?

Are your pickles homemade?
Yes, all our products are crafted using traditional family recipes to ensure authentic flavor.
Do you have any age restrictions for purchasing?
No, there are no age restrictions for buying our products.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship your products?
We ship within India only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for orders above ₹600. Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this value.
Which courier services do you use?
We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and other reliable carriers.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information is sent via email and SMS, and you can also track your order on our website tracking page.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is there an extra charge for COD?
No, COD is free. However, COD orders require phone verification before dispatch.
Which payment gateway do you use?
We use Cashfree, a secure and reliable payment gateway.
Return and refund
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, returns are accepted within 3–5 days of receiving the product. An unboxing video and a ₹100 fixed return shipping fee are required.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or bank (for COD) within 8–15 business days.
Are exchanges allowed?
No, exchanges are not allowed. You can return the product and place a new order for a different item.
